- We provide complete package engineering services and will come to your facility to work with your team. Together we'll design the packaging or crating product to best fit your specific shipping needs
- Our packaging experts will provide vital information, recommendations and packaging solutions regarding materials, assembly, shipping policies and government regulations regarding exports
- Goeman's Wood Products, Inc. has a full time Product Design Engineer on staff dedicated entirely to servicing our wood packaging and crating customers and will take you from design to shipment
- Our in-house crating professionals utilize AutoCADŽ engineering software to create drawings and prints for the design and manufacture of every custom crate while measuring its strength, efficiency and stress
- Our package design specialists will assure your product is packaged and transported in the safest manner possible while meeting all import and export government requirements including heat treating
SHOCK-ABSORBING BASES AND CRATES
- If shipping fragile cargo is a concern Goeman's Wood Products has the solution. We have a variety of manufacturing options designed to reduce or eliminate transit vibration to protect your cargo during any form of transit. Interiors can also be lined or padded to provide additional protection
COLLAPSIBLE & RETURNABLE BOXES
- We can custom design and manufacture collapsible and returnable boxes and crates. These products can be built with removable sides and tops thus making them returnable to be disassembled for reuse. They can also be built and delivered in sections for assembly at your facility
CRATING KITS
We can go a step further and design boxes and crates for assembly at your facility. This very efficient and space-saving option is to have us package the box or crate sections as a kit. The 6 sections of a box or crate are placed (stacked) one on top of the other as shown below:
